Suzani Play

Suzani Play cushions are embroidered by hand exploring motifs of nature. The base fabric is a woven kilim made from undyed light wool that creates a calm background for the colorful patterns. The cushions in the collection are created utilizing traditional Suzani embroidery techniques, but the motifs and layout of the patterns are more freeform than in the Suzani Silk cushions. Each Suzani Play cushion comes with a unique composition that reflects the maker’s signature style and personality.
