Paisley is one of the oldest patterns and is said to have numerous meanings such as beginning, fertility, etc. In this rug, the pattern is beautifully executed in the middle of the color splendor. This carpet is from the Sal area where colourful patterns are typical. The artisans handprint is visible and small imperfections are part of the nature of the carpet.
