The rug, made from recycled hemp fabrics, is made in the style of quilts by first weaving the pieces and then sewing them together. The style, which is perfect for modern interiors, is characterized by a natural but unique coloring. There may be individual embroideries among the pieces, and the small decorations that came with the wefts may remain on the carpet to enliven the end result. A cotton backing fabric has been added to the reverse side of the rug to improve durability.
